Want to Have a Spiritual Awakening?

Dangers of Fluoride

I am having trouble staying focused this morning. My thoughts seem to have a life of their own, I feel a little scattered and unable to concentrate, and it may be due to years of fluoride exposure. Even if this day’s scatteredness is just due to the rain, I have most certainly been impacted by the fluoride that has been in my drinking water and in my toothpaste since I was a little girl.
Did you know that fluoride was originally labeled by the EPA as a toxic waste that was part of the uranium enrichment process? And yet, we are being forced to endure its effects with the promise that it is good for us, even necessary.
Well here is a short list of some of the things that fluoride produces in our bodies.
  • Cancer
  • Genetic DNA Damage
  • Thyroid Disruption – affecting the complete endocrine system and leading to obesity
  • Neurological Damage – diminished IQ and inability to focus, lethargy and weariness.
  • Alzheimer’s Disease
  • Melatonin Disruption -- lowers immunity to cancer, accelerates aging, sleep disorders.
  • Pineal Gland Calcification -- clogs this gland located in the middle of the brain

Pineal Gland Calcification

Your pineal gland absorbs more fluoride than any other part of your body. It’s like a fluoride sponge. Pineal gland calcification is devastating to us as a race. This little pine cone shaped gland is also known as our third eye. Just like we use our eyes to see, to connect with our physical world through our sense of sight, we use our pineal glad to see spiritually. It is the glad that facilitates our sixth sense, our connection with the dimensions that are all around us every day, but we, especially in the West (fluoride pushing countries) have lost this ability to such a degree that many of us have become completely spiritually blind, not even believing that a spiritual world exists.

Fluoride has blinded us to God and to the many faceted planes of existence we don’t see with our physical eyes, but we all intuitively feel at some level. This blinding leaves us seriously handicapped, just as if we were physically blind.

Who would want to do such a thing? What agenda would be promoted by blinding us like this?

Thank about it...

Now think for a minute about those little vitamin B pills you can take that you stick under your tongue. They are quickly absorbed through the soft tissues in your mouth and directly into your bloodstream.

Now think for a minute about your toothpaste. And about fluoride. And about things absorbing directly into your bloodstream.

If you want to have a spiritual awakening,

one of the first things you might want to do is

throw out your toothpaste.

Homemade All Natural Toothpaste

  1. Plain baking soda works great
  2. Add a little coconut oil
  3. Add a little lime juice
  4. You can even add a little honey to sweeten it as it is a great all natural bacteria killer
  5. Add a few drops of mint essential oil if you have it laying around the house
Plain baking soda is all you really need, so don’t delay just because you don’t have coconut oil or mint oil  Remember, whatever you put into your mouth is going to be absorbed directly into your bloodstream, so choose things that are good for you.

How to De-Calcify your Pineal Gland

  • Get some sun. Take off your sunglasses.
  • Reduce your meat intake, especially beef and pork
  • Increase your fruit and veggie intake, especially dark green veggies
  • Stay away from preservatives in your food
  • Eat nuts, seeds, and beans
  • Add herbs to your diet like cilantro, oregano, and parsley
  • Cook with coconut oil
  • Indulge in raw cacao
  • Drink alkaline or distilled water
  • Swig a little apple cider vinegar every day

To a better, more spiritually awake, and healthier you!

Refuse to be Safe!

I refuse to be safe. I have been back in The States for about 6 weeks now and I keep hearing this phrase everywhere. "I'm so glad you're safe" Does this mean I wasn't safe before? I keep hearing it everywhere, not just directed at me. Everyone is saying it to everyone. Like Zombies walking around asking each other, "Are you safe?" "Yes, I'm safe."  "I'm so glad you're safe." What has happened?! Is the world such a big scary place out there?  I see all over Facebook people talking about how they are afraid for people who are traveling, especially going over seas. I see people saying they will never go anywhere. LORD< SEND ME! How can we change the world if we are safe? I believe this is all by design. I believe the powers that be want you to stay home and watch your TV. I believe they want to distract you, disconnect you, instill fear in you. PARALYZE YOU! Don't let them. Get out of your comfort...

A Community Works Together

Clean up day started out wet. But no matter, adults and kids alike turned out to pick up trash and at the end of the day over 860 big black bags of garbage were hauled away. What an impressive beginning! I think I was most impressed by the smiles and the willingness of everyone to pitch in and help.  Working hard,  laura Please check out our FULL WEBSITE at www.PovertyProjectInternational.com Connect with us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/povertyprojectinternational/ If you want to chat, you can email us at povertyprojectinternational@gmail.com Or if you want to help us out and DONATE, you can go to PAYPAL and send your donation to   povertyprojectinternational@gmail.com All donations are tax deductible. What is This Poverty Project Thing? The Real Story

It isnt about doing elaborate projects. It isnt about throwing money everywhere. It isnt about working with groups of volunteers It is a lifestyle experiment What on earth does that mean? I left the States for Mexico 5 years ago after the death of my husband. We had been there previously and fell in love with a little Mexican village. We planned to retire there, but unfortunately, it became his final resting place. I sat on every park bench in the park in that little village. My Spanish was terrible, but I attempted to talk to the locals as much as I could. I started to build some friendships. I ate a lot of street food. And I cried a lot. Eventually, I met Lee. He had been traveling for almost a year and had been to the most unlikely, off the grid places you can imagine. He took me to the "other" side of town. He was not afraid to swing in a hammock in a home the size of a closet watching old westerns in Spanish with a Mayan mechanic. He was not afraid to g...
